Where to sign up for an online order account? Our online payment platform is provided by Oddle. You may create, sign in and make relevant purchases via our order page: https://order.snackycrisps.com/
Having trouble logging in? We’d definitely suggest you double-check if you have keyed in the correct email address/username or password to sign in to our order page. If this doesn’t fix the problem, please do at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help.
Can’t remember your password? Not to worry! You can always request a password reset and we’ll have you logged in soon. If the email doesn’t make it to your inbox we’d suggest checking your Spam or Junk Mail folder. If you’re still having trouble after trying these options, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll be happy to help.
How do I update my particulars on my account? You can update your particulars such as email address, billing and delivery address etc. from your account details page.
Not receiving our email? There are a few things that we’d recommend checking:
- Is the email address on your account correct? If you’re not sure or if you need to update it, just go to your account details page.
- Have you unsubscribed from our emails? You can double-check the emails you’re signed up to receive by going to your personal info page.
- Are our emails in your spam or junk mail folder? If this is happening, add our email addresses to your contacts or safe senders list to stop it from happening again. Our email addresses are: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you’ve checked each of the above and you’re still not receiving our emails, please us at email@example.com and we will help.
Can I change or cancel my order? When we prepare your orders, we do this a few days in advance of sending it to you. All orders take a lot of time to prepare from scratch to package. However, this means we have cut-off point (within same day notice) after which no further changes can be made. You cannot make any cancellation after payment is made. However, you can still make changes to your orders if additional items are to be added. You can connect with us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org to change your order.
Where can I view my orders? You can view or change any active orders on your orders by signing in through our online shop: https://order.snackycrisps.com/ page.
Can I set a preferred time/date for delivery? Yes, you can! You can use the dater on our order page and select your preferred delivery time/date. However, the actual delivery time/date is subjected to our stock availability and preparation time. We will try our best to deliver within 5 working days. You are highly encouraged to do physical purchase at our retail partners’ stores if you need them urgently.
How much does delivery cost? Our standard delivery charge for shop orders is SGD8.00, but if your total order comes to more than SGD80, standard delivery is free!
Do you guys deliver overseas (outside of Singapore)? Unfortunately, we do not offer international delivery at the moment. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made. We currently only deliver within Singapore. We will keep you posted if we intend to expand overseas, or provide overseas delivery.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do? We’re sorry that your order hasn’t arrived yet. We always prepare and post your boxes in plenty of time, typically within 5 working days to get to you so we hope it’ll arrive soon. Please note we do not deliver on Sunday and Public Holidays. Please let us know if you order is still not with you 1 week after your allocated preferred date.
How do I update my delivery address? Make sure you have already created an account on our online order page. You can head over to your profile page and edit your delivery details from your ‘profile info’.
What payment method do you accept? We accept VISA, Stripe, Paypal, and Mastercard.
Can I return my order for a refund? Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our snacks, we’re not able to offer a refund for any goods which are returned to us. Unless there’s evidence provided that our snacks are delivered in poor conditions, we will then consider for a refund.
How do I use a promo code?
After selecting the quantity of the items you wish to purchase, simply checkout and it will prompt you to enter your promotional code.
